Weekly coached run sessions designed to improve your pace, power and endurance. They take you out of your comfort zone and become comfortable being uncomfortable.

COACHING
A customised training program can help you reach your goal. Your coach will work with you week to week and support you every step of the way. Delivered online, with real-time support from your coach, it is a great way to keep you on track and accountable for your goal.
EVENTS
From events in Melbourne to the other side of the world. Road, trail, mountains, deserts - we don’t mind. Getting out there and pushing yourself beyond your limits is what it’s all about. We’ll help you get there.
STRENGTH
An often neglected part of running is keeping our bodies strong to withstand the impacts of our sport. We design strength, mobility, plyometrics, and stretch programs to help you continue to do what you love - run!
COMMUNITY
Running is a great way to connect with your community. We love to get together and run, eat, drink, chat, celebrate and lots more.

The Runners Hub is located in the Bayside and South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. We run along the beautiful trails and paths along the bay between Mordialloc and Port Melbourne. Come and run with us.
