CUSTOM RUN COACHING

Custom run coaching is exactly that - a training program tailored to your specific needs. It will take into account your work, family and lifestyle commitments. It considers your running experience, goals and injury history to make sure your training volume and intensities are just right for you and your specific goal.

The Runners Hub believes it takes a team to get you across your finishing line, a membership includes preferred access to a strong network of hand-picked, allied health professionals who understand runners and work directly with your coach to keep you on your feet, pain-free and progressing towards your goal.

And because we understand that running is not just physical, but also a mental pursuit - weekly check-ins with your coach are encouraged to help you manage your mindset and any challenges you have along the way.

COACHING OPTIONS


 

CUSTOM RUN COACHING*

$120 PER MONTH*

A completely customised training program, adjusted for your specific goals, running and injury history, work & family commitments. The program is delivered in 4-week blocks to ensure it reflects your progress and/or regression or injury.

INCLUDES:

  • One-on-one initial consultation, face to face or online, to establish your goals, barriers, and run history.

  • Plan delivered via Training Peaks (syncs to your run watch for easy access to each run)

  • Weekly check-in with your coach to discuss progress.

  • 24/7 support from your coach.

  • Created in 4-week blocks, allowing for adjustments.

  • Unlimited access to weekly coached run sessions (Melbourne only).

NEW BEGINNINGS
RUN PROGRAM

$150*

Anyone can run, right? Well yes and no. Most people can run, however learning how to run further and faster takes practice. Following a well-designed beginners program with a coach to guide you will help ensure you not only make it to the finishing line in one piece but that you learn to enjoy running. Who knows where your journey could take you?

INCLUDES:

  • Initial consultation to understand more about you, your goals, and your health history.

  • 1 x weekly coached run group covering technique, drills, structured run session, and Q&A.

  • A weekly run program to do on your own (3 sessions per week recommended).

  • Strength-training program to follow from home/your gym.

  • Access to your coach for analysis and feedback.

  • Weekly call for ongoing support and accountability.

UNLIMITED RUN GROUP

$60 PER MONTH

Provides unlimited access to our weekly coached run sessions based in Melbourne.
