5KM RUN FIT - 8 WEEK SPRING PROGRAM
Whether your goal is to run your first ever 5km or you want to improve your 5km pace, our Spring Program will get you there.
Build your confidence and technique in a supportive and inclusive environment.
COST: $249
INCLUDES:
Two weekly coached group sessions with a qualified run coach, focussing on technique and cardio fitness
Every session includes warm up, drills and follows a structured program.
All levels welcome - from beginners to those wanting to improve their 5km time.
Weekend run program provided for additional independent run sessions.
Body Strength program to help you run smarter and reduce the chance of injury.
Access to The Runners Hub official allied health partners for recovery.
