RUN

The Runners Hub meets several days a week around the Bayside area of Melbourne. Each session is led by a qualified run coach and is suitable for most levels from beginner to elite. These weekly 'quality' sessions are designed to improve your running power, speed and mental resilience. They are challenging but they get you results.

COST

Casual $10 per session

Unlimited $60 per month

Track sessions help build power and pace.

TUESDAYS 6AM—7AM

The Runners Hub meets every Tuesday for a coached, high-intensity track session. The benefits of track sessions include improving your running economy (making you a more efficient runner), your power, and pace.

These sessions also help build your mental resilience to push yourself through hard sessions.
All levels catered for.

Thursday sessions focus on tempo runs, longer intervals and fartlek.

THURSDAY 6AM—7AM

Thursday sessions range from tempo runs, fartlek, interval, and hill sessions. All held along the spectacular foreshore at both Hampton and between Mordialloc and Beaumaris.
