Running Recovery The Runners Hub

RECOVER

A solid training program must include regular recovery sessions to assist your body to renew and adapt to the training loads. It helps you slow down your mind and reflect on your training efforts. Scheduling regular maintenance sessions with allied health professionals including physiotherapists, podiatrists and massage therapists helps prevent niggles becoming injuries, and helps our bodies sustain the pressure applied during our training.
